Once you reach a minimum balance amount, you can withdraw your impact.com account balance and send it to your bank account or PayPal account. impact.com requires a minimum balance of $10 USD (or the approximate equivalent in your local currency) before you can withdraw your account balance. After you've completed the following steps, impact.com will attempt to send a payment to your account—you will receive an email notification that your account balance has cleared for withdrawal.
Updating Bank Account Settings
If you update your Bank Account settings with invalid information, you will see an error message in the platform explaining the issue. impact.com also verifies all changes made to your Bank Account settings within 48 hours. If impact.com finds any additional issues not caught by the automated system, you will receive an email notification.
If you already have an account balance over the minimum threshold, follow these quick steps to withdraw your account balance.
impact.com cannot release payouts until your tax form has been submitted and approved.
This step is required for US-based Partners and Non-US Partners working with US-based Brands.
If you have already submitted a tax form or don't see this option, you can skip to the steps below.
Select [Menu] → Settings → Tax Documents.
Select the tax form option that fits your account type.
- Form W-9:
For any partner based in the United States.
- Form W-8 BEN:
For individual foreign partners (i.e., not associated with or representing a company, organization, or entity) that are working with any brand based in the United States.
- Form W-8 BEN-E
For foreign companies, organizations, or entities working as a partner with any brand based in the United States.
Select Continue to use the in-app DocuSign secured frame to fill out the tax form fields highlighted in red.
Double-check all info you’ve entered and select Finish to submit your tax form.
Make sure the mailing address on the form is accurate and up-to-date, as this is where your 1099 tax form will be mailed at the end of the tax year.
You’ll receive an email once your tax form has been received and verified.

Non-US partner working exclusively with non-US brands
If you're a non-US partner working exclusively with non-US brands, you are not required to submit an IRS tax form. Instead, confirm that your indirect tax selection and indirect tax number are correct by following these steps:
Select [Menu] → Settings.
Under General, select Company Information.
Navigate to the Tax Information section.
Your phone number verification process forms a part of impact.com's Two-factor Authentication security measures.
Select the Go to User Settings button, or if you don't see this button, select your User Profile → Edit Profile.
Under the Basic Info section, select Enter phone number.
Select your Country and insert your phone number, and select Send Code. Follow the steps you receive by SMS and insert your Verification Code.
Your phone number will now be verified and you can continue with the setup.
If you don't get a prompt to verify your phone number, you can skip to the Bank Account setup steps below.
From the left navigation menu, select [Menu] → Settings.
Scroll to the bottom of the menu and select Bank Account. See the Bank Account details below for additional help with this section.
Add your bank account information (or PayPal account information) depending on your country.
Be sure to only use English alphabet letters while filling out your bank details. Other language alphabet letters like Latin, Arabic, or Chinese letters may result in your payments not being processed.
Set your Payout Scheduling to Pay me when my balance reaches threshold and insert an amount. The minimum threshold for impact.com to Autopay is USD10 (or your local currency).
Select Save to securely save your info.
