If you've recently changed your company name or website, you must update it in your Impact account.
Changing your company name updates your marketplace listing with your new name, and will become the new name for the partner account. Your login username is unaffected and will remain the same.
From the left navigation bar, select
[Menu] → Settings.Alternatively, for Creator accounts, in the upper-right corner, select
[User profile] → Settings.
Select Company Information.
In the Basic Information section, below the Name heading, select Request Change.
In the dialog box, enter your New Company Name.
Optionally, add a Comment that explains why you're requesting this name change.
Select Submit.
Changing your company website updates your marketplace listing with your new website URL.
From the left navigation bar, select
[Menu] → Settings.Alternatively, for Creator accounts, in the upper-right corner, select
[User profile] → Settings.
Select Company Information.
In the Basic Information section, below the Website heading, select Request Change.
In the dialog box, enter your New Company Website.
Optionally, add a Comment that explains why you're requesting this website change.
Select Submit.
impact.com will review your company name or website change request and respond within 24 business hours. Once approved, the changes will take effect immediately.
