A policy allows you to automate the monitoring and remediation of creator content to ensure that your brand is promoted safely, all your tracking links work, and more.
Create a new social monitoring policy
From the left navigation bar, select [Protect] → Monitoring → Policies.
In the upper-right corner, select Create Policy.
Select Social Monitoring, then complete the following sections:
[Toggle on] Unapproved Mentions and enter negative terms, keywords, or hashtags you don't want to be mentioned that should be monitored.
Select the [Checkbox] to import social comments and monitor for unapproved mentions.
[Toggle on] Brand Safety and select a category from the [Drop-down menu] that should be flagged as risks of where you are being promoted on social media platforms.
[Toggle on] Sponsored Post Hashtags and input hashtags to monitor if the correct disclosures are present.
Select Next.
