Migrate to impact.com from SaaSquatch

When you transition from SaaSquatch to impact.com's Advocate offering, you unlock powerful new features and benefit from continuous improvements, as we prioritize growing the offering. impact.com's team will handle most of the migration process for you, ensuring a seamless move of your user information, referral history, reward history, program setup, and templates. Here’s what you need to do:

Step 1: Schedule the migration

Reach out to your CSM to get started. Your CSM will work with you to schedule a start-date for the transition and guide you through what to expect from the migration process.

Step 2: Create an impact.com account

You will need to create a brand account on the impact.com platform. impact.com's team will provide you with the necessary instructions to set up your account.

Note: Refer to Import Referral Program Data from SaaSquatch when importing user, reward, or referral data to your impact.com account.

Step 3: Review your migration plan

impact.com's team will develop a tech plan tailored for your migration and schedule a session with your CSM to discuss the details. Use this opportunity to question your CSM about the estimated time and resources required for implementation.

Step 4: Begin implementation

Implement any necessary tools or integrations on the impact.com platform. This may require development work from your tech team to ensure all systems are properly connected.

  1. Switch to UTT: impact.com's Universal Tracking Tag offers comprehensive tracking of consumer journeys, direct traffic, and conversion paths, allowing you to get valuable insights from your referral data.

  2. Update widgets: Implement the updated widgets on your website to ensure a seamless integration.

Migration timeline

The timeline for migration depends on your integration requirements, and your CSM will clarify this with you once your tech plan has been developed. Typically, the process takes 1-3 weeks. While impact.com's team does the necessary background work over this period, your team will have the time to focus on updates to your implementation. For an estimate of the time or resources you'll need to assign your tech team, consult your finalized tech plan or your CSM.
