Agencies Performance Dashboard

The Performance Dashboard is the first screen you will see whenever you log in to impact.com.

Manage the report

Any report you create here can be scheduled or saved using the buttons in the top-right corner of the screen.

  1. From the left navigation menu, select Dashboard → Overview.

  2. Below Performance Dashboard, you can filter for the data you want to view. Select search-solid.svg [Search] when you are done adjusting the filters.

  3. Use the buttons in the top-right corner of the graph to customize how data is displayed.

    • See the Graph customizations reference below for more information.

  4. Below the graph, you can view brand performance data.

    • View the Table reference below for more information on the table columns.

Filter reference

Filter

Description

Date Range

Filter data by when it was created.

Media Type

Select the source of the data you want to view.

Channel

Pick for which marketing channel(s) you want to view data.

Currency

Choose the currency in which you want to view any monetary data.

Graph customizations reference

Button

Description

Drop-Down Menu

Select for which table column you want to see graphed data. View the Table reference section below to learn more about each option.

Graph Types

Pick how you want your data visualized. You can pick between a Line Graph, a Bar Graph, or an Area Graph.

Table Column

Description

Advertiser

The brand (formerly advertiser) that generated the data for a given row.

Media

How many media sources (e.g., Partners) the brand for that row has a contract with.

Actions

How many actions within the chosen date range were driven for the brand on that row.

Sale Amount

The revenue from driven actions a brand has accrued over the selected date range.

Action Cost

How much driving actions have cost the brand over the specified data range.

Other Cost

The sum of all additional costs (like placement costs) the brand has accrued over the chosen date range. This does not include your Client Cost.

Total Cost

The sum of the prior 2 columns' cost.

Client Cost

What the brand for a given row owes you.
