Campaigns Performance Summary Report

The Campaigns Performance Summary report contains performance metrics like the number of active creators, the amount of content posted, clicks, conversions, revenue generated, and more, grouped by campaign.

Access the report

  1. From the left navigation bar, select ReportsMore Reports.

  2. Select Performance from the Category filter.

  3. Select Campaigns Performance Summary.

  4. Below Campaigns Performance Summary, you can filter for the data you want to view. Select search-solid.svg [Search] when you have the filters in place that you want.

    Description

    Date Range

    Filter data by when it was created. You can also compare two periods.

    You can query a maximum of 366 days of data. However, you can still perform Year-over-Year reporting by selecting square-regular.svg [Unchecked box] compare to {Previous year}.

    If you want to query more than 366 days of data, you will need to create multiple reports.

    Campaign

    Select 1, multiple, or all campaign(s) for which you want to see data.

    Show

    Add data from a selection of choices. These data points will get added to the table report under the graph after you select search-solid.svg [Search].

  5. Customize the report view and choose between viewing the trend graph, data table, or comparison graph.

    The trend graph enables you to filter your report according to the core group of metrics that drives the highest value. This view provides the selected metric’s daily trends over a specific date range.

    1. Select the angle-down-solid.svg [Drop-down menu] in the upper-right corner, then, choose a metric.

    2. Alternate between the trend_graph.svg [Line]bar_graph.svg [Bar], and treemap.svg [Treemap] views by selecting the relevant icon.

Data point

Description

Campaign

The name of the associated campaign.

Select the campaign's name to view the performance by post report for that campaign.

Campaign Id

Unique impact.com identifier for the campaign.

Most Recent Content

A date timestamp for the most recent content associated with the campaign.

Active Creators

The number of unique creators posting content that was being actively monitored during the specified period.

Select the active creators link to view the performance by creator report for that campaign.

Instagram Posts

The number of all Instagram posts associated with the campaign.

Instagram Stories

The number of all Instagram stories associated with the campaign.

TikTok Videos

The number of all TikTok videos associated with the campaign.

YouTube Videos

The number of all YouTube videos associated with the campaign.

Facebook Posts

The number of all Facebook posts associated with the campaign.

Twitch Videos

The number of all Twitch videos associated with the campaign.

Pinterest Pins

The number of all Pinterest pins associated with the campaign.

Twitter/X Posts

The number of all Twitter/X posts associated with the campaign.

Other Posts

The number of all other social media posts associated with the campaign.

Clicks

The total number of link clicks that took the creators' audience to your landing page.

Actions

The total number of conversions (sales, app installs, etc.) tracked for a campaign within the specified period.

Action Cost

The amount of compensation paid to creators for driving the traffic that resulted in conversions for your campaign.

Non Action Cost

The total non-action cost accumulated within the specified period.

Revenue

This is the total amount of sales creators have generated for you from link clicks for a particular campaign.
