Filter & Manage Advocate Participants

You can filter participants, view a participant profile and performance statistics, and add or import users.

View your participants

  1. From the left navigation menu, select Participants.

  2. Search for or filter your participants using the filtering tools below Participants.

  3. Select a participant's name to see more information about their profile.

  4. View an overview of the participant stats.

    • Refer to the Participants statistics table for more information.

    • For additional insights into participant statistics, view Reporting Overview.

  5. In the upper-right corner of the screen, select Refresh Participant Stats to get the latest insights.

Column name

Description

Name

The participant's name.

Flags

Any unauthorized activities for which a participant was flagged. Refer to Security Features for Referral Programs to learn more.

Date Added

The date on which this participant was created in impact.com.

Traffic

The total number of visitors that have clicked one of this participant's share links.

Goals

The total number of times a user achieved a program goal. Refer to Advocate Program Rules Explained to learn more about goals.

Referrals

The number of referrals started by a participant.

Converted Referrals

The number of referrals that have successfully signed up and then completed the referral process.

Rewards

The total number of rewards the user earned.

Filter participants

Filter participants by matching certain characteristics with a filter type and the preferred value.

Some filters can be created using custom fields and appear in the filter drop-down menu.

  1. Next to the search box, select Advanced filterAdd filter

  2. From the Select filter angle-down-solid.svg [Drop-down menu], choose your preferred filter, the filter type, and the result.

    • Refer to the filter reference table for more information.

  3. Once you've specified the filter results from the angle-down-solid.svg [Drop-down menu], your participants will filter accordingly.

    • Select Add filter to add more filters.

Locale

The participant’s locale, used for Internationalization. The locale format is language_COUNTRY .

Country Code

The participant’s locale, used for Internationalization. The user’s country code (e.g. CA).

The unique identifier provided for this participant.

Account ID

The unique identifier of the account to which this participant belongs.

Email

The email address of the participant.

First Name

The participant’s first name.

Blocked

All the blocked participants.

Fraud Flag

Any participants linked to unauthorized activities. E.g., Blocked IP or Rate Limit.
