Deposit Funds into Your Account as an Agency

You can deposit funds into your account at any time when using Deposited funds will pay for any balances your managed brands or partners have accrued as well as any fees your account has accrued.

Deposit funds

  1. From the left navigation bar, select [Menu]Finance.

  2. In the top-right corner of your screen, select Add Funds.

  3. On the Post Funds for Payment screen, select a Payment Type.

  4. Input your payment information in the fields provided.

  5. Select Continue.

  6. Review your payment details and amount, then select Continue to confirm.

Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT) via ACH, Giro, Direct entry

5–7 business days after depositing


EFT, if available, is the recommended option for depositing funds.

Wire Transfer

24 hours after receiving


Your Account ID must be included in the Notes field so we can credit your account.

Credit Card (Select customers only)

1-2 days after payment clears

3.75% per $1,000 USD deposited

The fee is assessed for every $1,000 USD deposited (e.g., a $2,000 USD deposit would invoke a fee of $75 USD)

*While doesn't charge a fee, you may incur charges from your bank for wire transfers.

Is my banking information secure?

Yes.'s platform and services are served over a valid secure connection (HTTPS). Payments sent to and received by is end-to-end encrypted, including banking information.

When you enter banking information into, the user interface will obfuscate banking account numbers using X characters for increased privacy on any subsequent review of financial information.
