Amazon Seller Reporting Explained for Partners

As a partner in a Seller program, you can access impact.com’s standard range of performance reports in addition to Seller-specific reports. Unlike the performance reports that contain aggregated metrics and insights, your Seller reports contain raw data directly from Amazon.

What’s different with Seller reports

When viewing Seller reports, keep the following considerations in mind:

  • Click traffic will only display after the first 10 customer clicks are recorded.

  • Conversions will only display after you drive your first sale.

  • There may be a delay of up to 2 days before conversion and traffic data appears.

Access your Seller reports

  1. From the top navigation bar, select Reports → More Reports.

  2. From the Category filter next to the search bar, select Performance.

    • You should see the following reports:

    Description

    Seller — Performance by Program

    This report shows you the performance of your Seller programs and includes metrics like clicks, product detail page views, add-to-carts, and purchases.

    Seller — Performance by Product

    This report shows you the performance of individual products and gives detailed data on impressions, clicks, and conversion rates per product.

    • To pin your Seller reports to your top navigation bar for quick access, hover over the row and select Pin.

    • Once you open a report, you can use the icons in the upper-right to [Email] \ [Schedule] [Schedule] the report to be delivered on a specific cadence, [Download] [Download] it in PDF, Excel, or CSV format, or [Export] [Export] it via API.
