Promo/Discount Ad Feed Report for Partners

The Promo/Discount Ad Feed report provides all links that are tagged as a discount, promotion, or top seller.

  1. From the top navigation bar, select Reports → All Reports.

  2. On the All Reports screen, scroll down to the Ads section and select Promo/Discount Ad Feed.

    Field

    Description

    Campaign ID

    This is the unique ID of the campaign to which the promotional asset belongs.

    Brand

    This is the name of the campaign to whom the promotional asset belongs.

    Tracking Domain

    This is the tracking domain for the campaign. You must enter the Tracking Domain in the designated placeholder found in the Tracking Link.

    Ad ID

    This is the unique ID that impact.com has assigned to the promotional asset.

    Ad Type

    This is the Asset Type (e.g. Text Link, Rich Media, Article, Coupon, Image, etc.)

    Status

    The status of a promotional asset can either be active or expired. If a promotional asset is active, you still need to adhere to the specified start and end dates. If a promotional asset is expired, it should no longer be promoted.

    Theme Type

    This specifies the type of promotion, which can be a coupon, a sale, or a free shipping promotion. If the advertiser did not specify a type, the value OTHER is used.

    Link Text

    This is a description of the promotional asset.

    Tracking Link

    This is the tracking link for this asset and should be used when promoting it to get paid.

    Ad HTML

    This is the HTML for the promotional asset. You can use this when promoting the asset, or you can create your own. However, be sure to always use the tracking link.

    Ad Image URL

    This is the URL to a product image if the promotion is specific to a product and the advertiser has provided an image of it.

    Promo Code

    If the promotion is a coupon, this is the coupon code that the consumer would enter. Otherwise, this field isn't used.

    Start Date

    This is the date (formatted according to ISO 8601) when the promotion starts. If no StartDate value is present, the advertiser did not specify a start date.

    End Date

    This is the date (formatted according to ISO 8601) when the promotion ends. If no EndDate value is present, the advertiser did not specify an end date.

    Seasonal

    The promotion can be related to one of the below seasons.

    • Winter

    • Spring

    • Summer

    • Fall

    • Christmas

    • New Year's Day

    • Presidents Day

    • Valentine's Day

    • St. Patrick's Day

    • Easter

    • Mother's Day

    • Father's Day

    • Independence Day

    • Back to School

    Top Seller

    This specifies whether the promotion is marked as a top seller. This is a boolean value.

    Discount Classification

    This specifies whether the promotion applies to a specific product (BYPRODUCT), a category (BYCATEGORY), or the entire store (ENTIRESTORE).

    Discount Classification Details

    If the promotion applies to either a product or a category, this value indicates the specific product or category.

    Discount before Price

    This is the price of the item before the promotion/discount is applied.

    Discount after Price

    This is the price of the item after the promotion/discount is applied.

    Discount Amount

    This is the discount amount of the promotion.

    Discount Percent

    This is the discount percentage of the promotion.

    Discount Min Purchase Amount

    This is the minimum purchase amount before the consumer gets the promoted discount.

    Language

    This is the language of promotion and can either be English or Spanish.

    Mobile Ready

    This indicates if the landing page of the promotion is optimized for mobile devices.
