Make an ACH Payment as an Agency

You can set up direct deposits and automatic payments for your impact.com account. This will automatically pay your impact.com Fees as well as your Partner Payment Invoices. You will need to make a successful ACH payment (direct deposit) before you can set up automatic payments.

Make your first ACH payment

The Automated Clearing House (ACH) payment needs to be completed before you can set up direct deposits. This way, impact.com can ensure you will not run into any issues with making automatic payments.

  1. From the left navigation menu, select ellipsis-v-solid.svg [Menu] → Finance.

  2. In the upper-right corner, select Make Deposit.

    • After you make your first ACH payment, this button will change to Add Funds.

    • If this button does not appear, you may not have the permissions needed to make a deposit. Reach out to your Account Administrator about obtaining these permissions.

  3. Next to Payment Type, select ACH.

  4. Enter the requested banking information.

  5. Select Continue.

  6. Double-check the information you entered, then, next to Your Name, enter your name.

  7. Select Submit.

    • ACH payments usually take 3-5 days to process.

Once you've made a successful ACH payment, you can set up automatic payments.
