Message Your Brands on the Mobile App

Use the Messages feature to quickly and easily communicate with both your potential brands and brands you're already partnered with. The feature offers you a range of uses, such as streamlining your onboarding with a brand, contacting a brand about special arrangements, resolving issues, and more.

Important: Refer to impact.com's Messaging Terms of Use to ensure that you stay within messaging guidelines.

Find messages

Messages can be found in 2 places:

  • You can locate your Inbox screen by selecting the comment-regular.svg [Chat] widget in the upper-right corner:

  • Alternatively, you can open a message thread between yourself and a brand under a brand's Brand Details:

Create new messages

You can create a new message thread from the Inbox screen or a brand's Brand Details:

Note: You'll only be able to initiate conversation with a brand if it has enabled you to do so.

  • On the Inbox screen, in the upper-right corner, select plus-solid__1_.svg [Add] or plus-solid__1_.svg New Message.

    • On the New message screen, use the search-solid.svg [Search] and sliders-h-solid.svg [Filter] options to find the brand with which you want to start chatting.

    • To attach files, select paperclip-solid.svg [Attach]. See the Supported attachments reference below to learn which file types are accepted.
