Create a BOGO Deal

The article explains how to create a BOGO (Buy One, Get One) deal by offering customers a second item for free or at a discount when they purchase the first one at full price. This type of deal helps you boost sales volume and attract more customers by providing extra value at the point of purchase.

  1. From the left navigation bar, select [Engage] [Engage]ContentDeals.

  2. In the top-right corner, select Create Deal [Drop-down menu] [Drop-down menu]BOGO.

  3. Complete the information in the following sections:

    Deal Details
    1. Enter a Name for your deal.

    2. Optionally, enter a Description for the deal, with a maximum length of 255 characters.

    3. Optionally, provide a Link to the relevant landing page for your deal. For example, a link to one of your upcoming Fall Collection sales.

    4. [Toggle on] [Toggle on] Restrict Partner Access to set which partners and partner groups can use this deal.

      • Search for the Partners and Partner Groups you want to grant access to this deal or use the arrows to select or deselect groups.

    Deal Configuration
    1. Complete the following fields for Buy and Get.

      1. From the [Drop-down menu] [Drop-down menu], select the quantity (1 to 10) for either a Product or Category.

        • If you select a category, the amount refers to how many products from that category must be purchased for this deal.

        • If you select a product, the amount refers to how many of the same product must be purchased for this deal.

      2. From the [Drop-down menu] [Drop-down menu], choose if the purchase will be a Product or from a Category.

      3. Enter the Name of the product or category that must be purchased for this deal.

      4. Optionally, if you applied the Product filter, select Choose File to upload an image of the purchased product associated with this deal.

    2. Optionally, enter a Purchase Limit for the amount of items allowed to be purchased for this deal.

    Promotional Details
    1. Optionally apply a Seasonal period to the deal from the [Drop-down menu] [Drop-down menu].

    2. Optionally, enter a Default Discount Code for this deal. This code is automatically applied at checkout, functions like a promo or coupon code, and is not tied to any partner or tracking.

      Note: If left blank, no discount code will be applied automatically, and customers must enter one manually if available.

    3. Optionally, apply Available Date and set the Start Date and End Date for the deal's timeframe.

      • Select the [Calendar] / [Schedule] [Calendar] to apply the deal date, and use the [Drop-down menu] [Drop-down menu] to set the start and end times (both at the beginning of the day).

      • Set a Timezone for this deal.

    Advanced Settings

    Select the [Unchecked box] [Unchecked box] to Sync Associated Assets and Promo Codes to automatically link relevant materials and promo codes to this deal, ensuring consistency across channels. This helps maintain consistency and ensures all related content updates together.

  4. Select Save.
