[Beta] Manage Billing Groups & Funding Accounts as a Brand

Once you've created a billing group, you can edit the programs associated with the billing group, edit or create a new funding account, and update the document settings associated with the billing group.

Edit a billing group

This feature is only accessible to specific impact.com editions or add-ons. Contact us to upgrade your account and get access!
  1. From the left navigation bar, select [Menu] [Menu] → Finance.

  2. From the left navigation menu, select SettingsBilling Groups.

  3. Hover over the billing group you want to edit, then select [Menu] [More]Edit.

  4. Update your billing group by changing the name, adding more programs, opting to pay your impact.com fees from this billing group, and changing or creating a new funding account.

    • If you add a program associated with another billing group, it will automatically be removed from the other billing group.

  5. Select Save.

  1. Hover over the billing group you want to edit, then select [Menu] [More]Partner Fees Document Settings or impact.com Fees Document Settings.

  2. Make your changes.

  3. Select Save.

Rename a funding account

This feature is only accessible to specific impact.com editions or add-ons. Contact us to upgrade your account and get access!
  1. From the left navigation bar, select [Menu] [Menu] → Finance.

  2. From the left navigation menu, select SettingsFunding Accounts.

  3. Hover over a funding account you want to rename and select Edit.

  4. Enter the new name and select Save.
