Assign Primary Finance Contact

Your primary finance contact will be the primary contact point for your account for any billing issues. This user needs to be invited to your account and granted Finance permission, which gives them access to invoices, payment request forms, and more.

Learn how to invite the user who will be the primary contact for your finances if they do not already have access to your account.

Pick a primary finance contact

  1. From the left navigation bar, select [Menu] → Finance.

  2. From the left navigation menu, select Settings → Billing Groups.

  3. Hover over your preferred billing group and select [More]Document Settings.

  4. In the General section, under Primary Contact, either select an Existing Account User or enter the information of a New Contact to be your primary finance contact.

  5. Select Save.
