You can access your FTP file submissions to check the status of recent FTP file submissions for batches of reversals, modifications, or new conversions. You'll be able to separate failed and successful records, allowing you to diagnose potential issues on an individual record level. Files will only be stored and accessible for 90 days after initial submission.
From the left navigation bar, select
[Menu] → Settings.
Under Technical, select File Submissions.
On the FTP File Submissions screen, use the filters to sort your data.
Refer to the Filter reference for more information.
The FTP file submission results displayed in the table provide you with more insight into your file submissions, including the total number of records added to the file, any errors that occurred, and the date and time the file was submitted.

Search box
Search for the FTP file submission using the file name or ID.
Type
Filter for the file submission type:
Conversions: Conversion data (i.e., actions).
Modifications: Reversals or modifications when something about an action has changed, like an order gets canceled.
Catalog: A product catalog data feed that holds a list of your products and their metadata.
Status
The current status of the FTP file submission.
Data Source
Filter by the source from which the file was submitted.
On the FTP File Submissions screen, hover over the submission for which you want to download the file.
Select
[More] → Download Original File.
The .CSV file will be downloaded to your computer.
You can view file submission errors on the FTP File Submissions screen.
On the FTP File Submissions screen, hover over the submission for which you want to view the errors.
Select
[More] → View Errors.
Use the Error Type filter to filter the errors by Validation or Contract Error.
