Connectors are a system for all batch data file transfers between impact.com and brands, partners, or other parties. Each connection (an individual connector) has certain attributes, such as the data type (clicks, conversions, product catalogs, etc.), direction (inbound or outbound), method (SFTP, FTP, Email), and more.
You can view the history of files submitted via connections within your Account Settings.
From the left navigation menu, select
[Menu] → Settings.On the left, under Account → Technical, select Connections.
In the list of connections, hover your cursor over the connection you want to review submissions for and select
[More].Select View History.
From here, you can view and filter detailed information about each submission, including the date the file was received, whether the submission was successful, and if there were any errors in the file.
