View Upcoming Payout Changes

A brand may adjust contract payouts to encourage more promotion during specific times or for certain products. In most cases, this means increasing payouts to incentivize your efforts. You won’t need to accept or reject these changes, but you can view upcoming payout changes before they take effect.

There are 2 main causes for upcoming payout changes:

  • The brand created limited-duration scheduled terms.

  • The brand added you to a product boost campaign.

View scheduled term payout changes

Scheduled terms allow brands to set limited-duration changes to the payout defined in your contract, and are generally used to increase your payout for a specific promotional period.

When a partnered brand creates or updates scheduled terms, you'll receive a notification via email. You'll then receive reminder emails 3 days and 1 day before the scheduled terms are set to begin.

  1. From the top navigation bar, select DiscoverMy Brands.

  2. Select the brand for which you want to view upcoming changes.

  3. From the brand slideout, select [More] [More]View And Manage Contract.

    • Differentiate between upcoming contract changes and upcoming scheduled terms by the scheduled terms' name in bold letters and the end date.

    • Select the hyperlinked text to View the exact changes.

    • If you have any questions about the imminent changes, contact your partnered brand.

View Product Boost payout changes

Product Boost allows retailer brands to increase your payout beyond what’s defined in your contract for specific vendor products. When a brand you’re partnered with adds you to a Product Boost campaign, you’ll receive both an in-platform and email notification about the upcoming payout changes.

You can view the terms of the campaign before it takes effect as follows:

  1. Navigate to your notifications by selecting the [Notifications bell] in the upper right corner.

  2. Select the New Product Boost Campaign notification from the slideout.

  3. From the banner at the top, select View Terms to see the changes.
