Access Brand Contact Information

If you need to reach out to a brand that you are working with to inquire about something, you can find their contact information on either the All Brands screen or the Advertiser Contact List report.

You can find a particular brand's contact information by viewing the All Brands screen.

From the top navigation bar, select Brands [Drop-down menu] → My Brands.
- Alternatively, for Creator accounts, select Discover → Brands.
- Alternatively, for direct partners, use the [Search] to search for the My Brands screen.
Select the brand you want to contact.
In the upper right-hand corner, select Details.
In the About the company section, find the brand's details below.

You can also view all your partnered brands' contact information at the same time by viewing the Advertiser Contact List report.

From the top navigation bar, select Reports [Drop-down menu] → All Reports.
Under Advertiser, select Advertiser Contact List to view brand contact information.
- This report sorts your partnered brands by their campaign ID, which is always pinned to the left of the table.
