Financial notifications keep you informed about upcoming financial deadlines, when your account has been approved for auto-payment, and when deposits clear. These notifications appear in the notification panel accessible in the left notification bar, and can be sent to you via email or SMS.
All users with the Finance and Account Administrator access rights will receive these notifications.
Your financial notifications are split into 2 groups: your Payment Update and your Balance notifications.
Your Payment Update notifications will inform you of when funds can automatically be deposited into your account and when deposits successfully are deposited.
From the left navigation bar, select [Bell] to view notifications.
In the upper-right corner of the notification panel, select [Settings] to edit notification settings.
Under Finance, find the Payment Updates section.
Use the drop-down menu to specify how and how often you want to receive Payment Update notifications.

If you selected Specific settings (Advanced) in step 4, set your preference for each notification type. See the table below for more information on each notification type.
Select Save.
Payment Update Notification | Description |

Account Auto Payment Approval Setting | Receive notifications for when your account is approved to have impact.com automatically withdraw funds from your digital wallet to cover financial obligations. |
Deposit Cleared | Receive notifications for when finds are successfully deposited into your digital wallet. |
Your Balance notifications will inform you of the financial health of your impact.com account. If you receive a Balance notification informing you that a negative balance is imminent or your account is in default, deposit funds into your account.

Use the drop-down menu to specify how and how often you want to receive Balance notifications.

Urgent Balance Notifications (4 days) | Receive a notification 4 days before your account will default without a sufficient deposit. |
Negative Balance is Imminent (3 days) | Receive a notification 3 days before your account will default without a sufficient deposit. |
Negative Balance is Imminent (2 days) | Receive a notification 2 days before your account will default without a sufficient deposit. |
Negative Balance is Imminent (1 day) | Receive a notification 1 day before your account will default without a sufficient deposit. |
Account in Default | Receive a notification when your account enters default. If your account does not exit a defaulted state within 60 days, your account will be suspended. |
Courtesy Balance Notification (30 days) | Receive a notification 30 days before your account will default without a sufficient deposit. |
Account Pending Deactivation | Receive a notification if your account is nearing 60 days of being suspended. |
Urgent Balance Notification (7 days) | Receive a notification 7 days before your account will default without a sufficient deposit. |
Account Below Minimum Balance | Receive a notification when your digital wallet contains less funds that your set minimum threshold. |
Account Funded | Receive notifications for when funds are successfully deposited into your digital wallet. |
Courtesy Balance Notification (15 days) | Receive a notification 15 days before your account will default without a sufficient deposit. |
Account Termination Notice | Receive a notification when your impact.com account has been closed and terminated. |
If you selected Specific settings (Advanced) in step 4 of either above section, you can set how and how often you receive specific financial notifications.

Daily Digest Email | Receive a digest email daily that includes every time this notification is triggered. |
Weekly Digest Email | Receive a digest email weekly that includes every time this notification is triggered. |
SMS | Receive an SMS (text message) every time this notification is triggered. |
