You can set up the Attribution Risk Reversals report to automatically reverse actions flagged for Attribution Risk.
This automatic reversal process is done via FTP, but you don't need your own system or server setup—everything is done via the impact.com platform. You will need a set of FTP credentials to set up this process, however.
Your account's Technical Contact may already have the FTP credentials. Reach out to them first to retrieve those credentials. If the Contact does not have them, follow the steps below.
From the left navigation bar, select
[Menu] → Settings.
On the right, under Tracking, select Event Types.
Find a validated event type in the table.
Hover over that row in the table, then select
[More] → View/Edit.
Do not save any edits to the event type.
Next to Returns Processing, select
[Edit].
Select Automate returns processing (advanced) → Upload file to system FTP server.
Select Email FTP Username and Password.
Under the list of options, select Cancel.
Your Technical Contact should receive the credentials within an hour. If they haven't, contact support.
Save these credentials in a safe location. You'll need them to send the automated report.
Next, you'll modify the report to only find flagged actions that you want automatically reversed.
Then you'll limit which columns appear on the report to just those needed by impact.com.
Near the top-right corner of the report's table, select
[Customize].
Remove all columns except ActionId and Reason.
Above the filters, select Save.

You're almost finished setting up this process. The last thing to do is schedule the report to be regularly sent to impact.com.
In the top-right corner of your screen, select
[Schedule].
Next to Frequency, select Schedule Delivery. Your frequency should be based on the date range filter you set in the previous section.
If you chose the Last week date range filter, select Weekly on Sunday at 0 AM.
If you chose the Last month date range filter, select Monthly on day 1 at 0 AM.
Next to Format, select CSV.
Next to Delivery Method, select Partner FTP.
Next to Server URL, select ftp:// and enter "batch.impactradius.com" into the field.
Next to Port, enter "21" into the field.
Next to Username, enter your FTP credential's username (retrieved in the first section).
Next to Password, enter your FTP credential's password (retrieved in the first section).
Select Schedule and Send.

Your Attribution Risk reversals will now be automatically processed using the filters you selected.
After the first cycle of the report runs (according to the date range you selected), you can visit the FTP File Submissions screen to view the file, submission status, amount of records, and submission date. Learn more about accessing FTP file submissions.
