You can log in to your impact.com account securely by using two-factor authentication (2FA). You will first have to enable 2FA in your security settings.
You will be prompted to verify your identity via 1 of 3 methods, depending on which 2FA option you have enabled for your account.
When logging in with this method, you will see the following:
Your authenticator app will generate a Time-based One-time Password [TOTP] to use as a verification code.
Enter the verification code.
Optionally, select
[Unchecked box] Save this device if you don’t want to authenticate future logins from the device you are using.Select Verify.

You will receive a text message via SMS with a unique verification code.
Enter the verification code.
Optionally, select
[Unchecked box] Save this device if you don’t want to authenticate future logins from the device you are using.Select Verify.

You will receive an email with your unique verification code.
Enter the verification code.
Optionally, select
[Unchecked box] Save this device if you don’t want to authenticate future logins from the device you are using.Select Verify.
Tip
If you have multiple verification methods enabled on your account, you can select Verify with other options to bypass the default verification method.
