The Participation Bonus Report will show you the amount you should send each partner via Partner Funds Transfer if you elect to send partners that did not win actions, but did contribute towards them, participation bonuses.
This report is part of the process to send participation bonuses to your partners. Learn how to generate participation bonuses.
Manage the report
From the left navigation bar, select [Optimize].
From the left navigation menu, select Payout → Participation Bonus.
Don't see this option? Reach out to your CSM (or create a support ticket) to get it added to your account.
Below Participation Bonus, you can filter for the data you want to view. Select [Search]when you have the filters in place that you want.

Select the date range for which you want to view participation bonus data.
Choose whether you want the participation bonuses displayed in the report to be a fixed amount or a percentage of the action's total payout.
Pick the event type to which non-winning partners contributed towards actions. You must make a selection here.
Select the participating partner's contribution level for which you want to view data.
Choose if you want to view data for all partners, winning partner, or just non-winning partners.
Select the specific partner(s) for which you want to view participation bonus data.
Pick the payable media for which you want to view payable data.
Select the referral window for data that will populate the report.
If you only want to view data for actions that a specific partner won, select that partner here.
Pick the partner group(s) for which you want to view participation bonus data. You must make a selection here.
Enter what percent of the action's payout each non-winning partner will receive. So, if each non-winning partner should receive 5% of the winning payout, enter 5 here.
View partner participation data for a specific action.
Add data from a large selection of choices.
The ID of the action to which the non-winning partner contributed towards for that row.
The Order ID associated with the action to which the non-winning partner contributed towards for that row.
The date and time of the action to which the non-winning partner contributed towards for that row.
The event type of the action to which the non-winning partner contributed towards for that row.
The sale value of the action.
The total action payout for that row's action.
Winner Partner ID
The ID of the winning partner for that action.
The account name of the winning partner for that action.
The ID of a non-winning partner for that action. Remember that multiple non-winning partners can exist for the same action.

Partner Is Winner
Whether the participating partner (listed in the prior 2 columns) won the conversion.
How the participating partner influenced the conversion path.
Whether the contributor for that row of the report is a partner or a media source (like a Network).
What a non-winning partner for that action will be paid out.
