When you sign with impact.com, your contract stipulates an amount due for platform and product subscriptions as well as possible service fees. These fees are assessed each month and can be paid on a monthly, or annual basis.
impact.com fees are deducted directly from your funding account when due, and take priority over all other payments. Consider your billing schedule for impact.com fees when deciding your funding strategy to always ensure that your impact.com fees are covered.
There are 3 types of fees that appear on your impact.com invoices.
Fee Type | Description |
Subscription Fee | The monthly or annual charge for using Performance and/or other impact.com products. |
Incremental Growth Fee | This is a fee charged for exceeding your payment processing volume allotment. |

impact.com provides a downloadable PDF invoice that lists your fees. To view your impact.com invoices:
From the left navigation bar, select [Menu] → Finance.
From the left navigation menu, select Documents → impact.com Invoices.
On the impact.com Invoices screen, hover over a row and select [More] → Download to download individual invoices.

You may also be charged for partner costs, like payouts, performance bonuses, and more depending on your contract terms with your partners. These partner costs are invoiced out monthly. To view your partner invoices:
From the left navigation bar, select [Menu] → Finance.
From the left navigation menu, select Documents → Partner Invoices.
On the Partner Invoices screen, you can see the number of invoices generated for a given month in the Invoices column. You can select this number to view and download individual partner invoices for that month.
Hover over a partner invoice, then select [More] → Download Statement to download a PDF statement of invoices for the chosen month.
