impact.com Fees Explained for Brands

When you sign with impact.com, your contract stipulates an amount due for platform and product subscriptions as well as possible service fees. These fees are assessed each month and can be paid on a monthly, or annual basis.

impact.com fees are deducted directly from your funding account when due, and take priority over all other payments. Consider your billing schedule for impact.com fees when deciding your funding strategy to always ensure that your impact.com fees are covered.

Types of fees

There are 3 types of fees that appear on your impact.com invoices.

Fee Type

Description

Subscription Fee

The monthly or annual charge for using Performance and/or other impact.com products.

Incremental Growth Fee

This is a fee charged for exceeding your payment processing volume allotment.

Other Fees

These are all other service fees related to using impact.com and can include, among others:

  • Set up fees

  • Ad hosting fees

  • Custom report fees

  • Wire processing fees

View fees and invoices

  • impact.com provides a downloadable PDF invoice that lists your fees. Learn where to find and understand your impact.com invoices.

  • You may also be charged for partner costs, like payouts, performance bonuses, and more depending on your contract terms with your partners. These partner costs are invoiced out monthly. Learn where to find your partner invoices.
