Revert a Partner Contract Switch or Expiry

If you’ve recently switched (or expired) a partner’s contract for a future date, you can cancel that action if you change your mind before the date the switch/expiry goes into effect.

When submitting a switch or expiry withdrawal, wait a minute or so for the platform to update. Look for the following message at the top of the screen to indicate your change was accepted:

Withdraw an upcoming contract switch

  1. From the left navigation menu, select Partners → Partners.

  2. Select check-square-solid__2_.svg [Checked box] next to the partner(s) you want to withdraw switches for, then select Contract caret-down-solid.svg → Modify Settings.

  3. On the Modify Settings screen, select toggle-on-solid.svg [Toggle on] Withdraw any upcoming switches for these partners.

  4. At the bottom of the screen, select Submit.

Withdraw an upcoming contract expiry

  1. From the left navigation menu, select Partners → Partners.

  2. Select check-square-solid__2_.svg [Checked box] next to the partner(s) you want to withdraw an expiry for, then select Contract caret-down-solid.svg → Modify Settings.

  3. On the Modify Settings screen, select toggle-on-solid.svg [Toggle on] Change contract length for these partners, then set Length to Ongoing.

  4. At the bottom of the screen, select Submit.
