Manage Partner Groups

Use Partner Groups to help organize your partners into labeled groups. When partners are in a group, you can offer them unique ad content and template terms (contracts) that aren't available to your other partners. You can also send targeted communication to partner groups.

Note: Partner Groups are only visible in your Brand account—partners can't see groups (names, other members, etc.) at all.

Create a group

You'll need to first create a partner group before you can add partners.

  1. From the left navigation menu, select Partners → Groups.

  2. In the upper-right corner, select Create Group.

  3. Enter a name for the partner group in the text box.

  4. Select Submit.

Additional Options

Once you have partner group(s) created, you can add or remove partners as needed, read more in our Modify Which Partners are in a Group article. You can also Bulk Edit Partners and make use of CSV uploads.

You can add a partner to a new group, by typing the new group's name on the selected prospect slide-out on the Prospects page. The new group will automatically be created in the process.
