This report offers a snapshot of actions that have been attributed by ‘high-risk’ clicks, if you've selected either moderate or relaxed High Risk Traffic Filter settings. The report gives you the opportunity to review high-risk actions before paying out to partners.
Lead events have a higher risk of being invalid, especially if there is no user validation requirement or payment involved because this allows them to be faked more easily. A small chance of false positives is always possible with risk detection, so it is advisable to cross check these actions against their own risk data.
Sale events are also at higher risk even though they are harder to fake. The signals might indicate that the user is intentionally obscuring their identity, which could correlate with credit card fraud if a bad actor is using stolen information, or it could indicate a higher likelihood of a bad actor purchasing in order to resell at a higher value to take advantage of payouts.
From the left navigation bar, select Reports → More Reports.
Select High Risk Actions from the list of reports.
Once on the report page, use the filters at the top of the report, then select [Search] .
Finally, select a specific action to view the path data diagram, which shows the different events in the user journey like clicks, impressions and sales.
