When you reject an application from a partner who wants to join your program, you have the option to block them from re-applying in the future. If you later want to allow the partner to join, you must remove them from your blocklist to enable their applications and have their clicks unblocked. See Unblocking partners for more information.
In the left navigation bar, select
[Engage] → Partners → Applications.
Ensure that you are on the New tab.
Find the partner you want to reject and select
[More] → Reject.
In the Reject Application pop-up, select a rejection reason and choose a block level:
Current program [Specific program name]: Blocks the partner from this specific program only.
All my programs: Blocks the partner from all current and future programs without the need for specific program blocklists.

Select Reject, to move the partner to your rejected partner list.
Tip: It is recommended to add a reason for context in the Message field. When considering removing a partner from the blocklist in the future, it will be helpful to know why they were blocked originally.
If you've previously blocked a partner from applying to your programs but now wish to allow them to re-apply, you can manage and lift these restrictions through your account settings.
Note: Unblocking a partner removes the restriction across all of your brand's programs. Once unblocked, the partner will be eligible to submit new applications to any of your available programs immediately.
From the top navigation bar, select
[User profile] → Settings.
Under Account Settings on the left side of the page, select Manage Blocked Partners in the General section.
On the Blocked Partners page, you can unblock partners individually or in bulk:

Individually: Locate the partner and select
[More] → Unblock on the right side of the screen.
In bulk (all): Select Select All at the top left of the screen. An Unblock partners button appears; select this to unblock all partners in the list
In bulk (multiple): Hover over the left side of a partner's row to reveal a checkbox. Select the checkbox for each partner you want to unblock, then select the Unblock button that appears at the top of the list.
