Manage Partnership Notes

Keep a history of your interactions with a partner to better serve the partnership.

Manage notes

  1. From the left navigation bar, select Partners → Partners.

  2. For the partner you want to create notes for, under the Actions column, select [Dropdown menu] → Notes.

  3. You can take a few different actions.

    • Write a note about a partner interaction. After writing your note, pick if the note was based off of an email, a call, or a chat with your partner. Optionally, add a file. Select Add.

    • View any notes you have on this partner. You can filter by All, Email, Phone, or Chat. You can also search your notes using [Edit].

    • Send your partner an email or add a contact to your partner's account.

    • View details about your partner, including their activity status, when the partnership started, any groups the partner is in, and who the account manager is.

The Notes page can also take you to other pages that are helpful to managing your partnership.

  1. From the left navigation bar, select Partners → Partners.

  2. For the partner you want to view actions for, under the Actions column, select [Dropdown menu] → Notes.

  3. In the top right corner, select Actions , then select the page you want.

    Account Manager

    Toggle if you want a specific account manager for this partner.

    Custom Values

    Set up to three custom URL values.

    Partner Integration

    Manage tracking integration for this partner.

    $ Client Cost Setting

    Toggle whether you want to charge clients to be partnered with you, such as if you are an agency with the brands you manage or if you are part of a brand with the partners you manage.

    Choose between charging a percentage on top of media spend, charging a percentage of sales revenue, or charging a fixed CPA per conversion.

    View History

    View your contract history with the partner.

    View Terms

    View your current contract with the partner.
