Manage Assets as a Partner

The Assets screen is where you can find all of the assets and tracking links for the brands you work with.

Search for specific assets

You can search and sort the list of assets to find exactly what you’re looking for.

  1. From the top navigation bar, select Content angle-down-solid.svg [Drop-down menu] → Assets.

  2. Use the search-solid.svg [Search bar] to search by name, label, or asset ID.

  3. Use the filters to the left of the page to sort by brand, labels, deal type, and more.

    • Select plus-square-solid.svg [Expand] to view more filters to sort by.

    • Select check-square-solid__2_.svg [Checkbox] to apply them.

Download a list of assets

You can download a CSV file of your asset list that includes all asset metadata.

  1. On the left side of the asset list, select the checkboxes for the assets you want to include in the list.

  2. Select download-solid.svg [Download] to download a CSV file of the list.

View asset details

The modal contains all of the information for the asset you chose in the Assets screen. Refer to the table below for more information on the asset details.

Asset Detail

Description

Asset Creative

If you want to retrieve the code for a visual asset, like an image, the asset's creative will appear above the Landing Page. If you chose a text asset, the asset's copy will appear instead.

Landing Page

Where the asset will send traffic that clicks through it.

If your brand allows for deep linking, you can update the landing page to send traffic to a specific web page by selecting Edit.

Sub ID and Shared ID

If any additional reporting parameters will be tracked when this asset is interacted with, they will appear here.

You can update the Sub ID and Shared ID parameters here by selecting Edit. Learn more about Sub IDs and the Shared ID.

Details

Additional details for the asset will appear here. These details include its type, when the asset became activated, and attributes of the asset.
