If you've requested an asset from a brand, you can check your request's status in impact.com. Once an asset request was submitted, the brand is notified and can begin processing the request.
From the top navigation bar, select Content → Requests.
Find the request you want to view the status of.
To more easily find content syndication requests, select Tracking Value for the Request Type filter.
If a request has been pending for some time, we recommend you contact your partnered brand directly to discuss the request.
From the top navigation bar, select Content → Requests.
Find the request you want to inquire about and note name of the brand in the Brand column.
