Check Asset Request Status

Asset request status

If you've requested an asset from a brand, you can check your request's status in impact.com. Once an asset request was submitted, the brand is notified and can begin processing the request.

  1. From the top navigation bar, select Content [Drop-down menu] → Requests.

  2. Find the request you want to view the status of.

    • To more easily find content syndication requests, select Tracking Value for the Request Type filter.

Follow up on requests

If a request has been pending for some time, we recommend you contact your partnered brand directly to discuss the request.

  1. From the top navigation bar, select Content → Requests.

  2. Find the request you want to inquire about, then select the brand you want to contact.

  3. From here, you can use the phone number or email address to contact your brand associate.
