Reactivate Partners with Email Workflows

Instead of manually reaching out to reactivate your partners, you can streamline and scale the process with an automated email workflow. Simply select the partner reactivation workflow template, customize it to fit your needs, and let impact.com handle the rest.

  1. On the [Engage] [Engage] → Partners → Automation →Workflows screen, select the Partner Reactivation template.

  2. Review each email workflow in the template. Select Edit to get started.

  3. In the Partner Segment, select [Edit] [Pencil icon] to choose what triggers the re-engagement attempts—for example, if the partner has a low number of clicks, actions, revenue, or commission. You can also customize the cadence at which the emails are sent.

  4. Below the Action Type, in the Edit Email field, select [Edit] [Pencil icon] to specify the Send from and Reply To email addresses.

  5. Select Save to return to the email workflow setup screen. After you've customized all the email workflows, select Activate Workflow to launch them!
