Manage Your Company Information as a Brand

You should fill in your Company Information because some of these details appear in your Marketplace listing. Once filled in, your Company Information will offer prospective partners details about your industry and website, in addition to providing contact details for internal purposes.

Manage your company's information

  1. From the left navigation bar, select [Menu] → Settings.

  2. On the left, under General, select Company Information.

  3. Find the information you want to manage and select [Edit].

  4. Make the changes you want to make.

  5. Select Save.

Company information reference

There are four areas of information that need filling in: Basic Information, Tax Information, Addresses, and Contacts.

Basic Information reference

Field

Description

Name

Enter your brand's name into the field and select Save.

Industry

Select your industry from the menu, select [Right arrow], then Save.

Website

From the drop-down menu, select https if your website is served securely or http if it is not. Enter your domain name and select Save.

Phone Number

From the drop-down menu, select the country that your phone number originates from, then enter your phone number. You store up to 2 phone numbers on your account.

Timezone

View the zone that impact.com has registered for you. This cannot be changed.

Currency

View the currency that you selected in your impact.com application. This cannot be changed.

Tax Information reference

Description

Are you registered for Indirect Tax (e.g., VAT, GST, HST)?

If you are operating your impact.com program in a country that levies an indirect tax, you must specify the type of tax and country you're registered in. If you need to make changes here, open a ticket with Customer Success because changes can affect your account funding, invoicing, and payout scheduling.

Indirect Tax Number

The indirect tax number associated with your account. If you need to make changes here, open a ticket with Customer Success because changes can affect your account funding, invoicing, and payout scheduling.

Organization Type

Select the title that best represents your organization and select Save.

EIN/SSN/Foreign Tax Id

If you are US-based and your organization is registered in the US, enter your Employer Identification Number (EIN) or your Social Security Number (SSN).

If you are US-based and your organization is registered outside of the US, enter your Foreign Tax ID.

If you are not US-based, enter "n/a" and our financial team will reach out to you if more information is needed.

Additional Tax ID

If applicable, enter a second Tax ID.

Corporate Address

Enter your business's mailing address.

Billing Address

Enter your business's billing address.

Contacts reference

Description

Finance Contact

This person is your company's point of contact for financial matters. They handle finance-related concerns, such as payments or invoices.

Technical Contact

This person is your company's point of contact for technological concerns. They handle the technology implementation for your business.

Commercial Contact

This person is your company's point of contact for business dealings. They handle legal issues, contracts, and anything business-related.

Security Contact

This person is your company's point of contact for matters related to compliance and security policies. They handle security- and compliance-related issues for your business.
