Invite Account Users

Learn how to invite your colleagues (or an agency) and set access rights for your brand account.

Once you've invited account users, you can:

Invite account users

  1. In the bottom left navigation bar, select [Menu] → Settings.

  2. On the left side under General, select Account Users.

  3. In the upper-right corner of the screen, select Invite, then select Invite User.

  4. Add an Invitee Name, Invitee Email Address.

  5. Select one of the following Authentification Methods the account user would use to sign in or sign up with:

    • Username & password or SSO

      This option allows the user to choose between Username & Password or SSO.

    • SAML

      When opting for SAML, follow step 1 of Enable SAML Single Sign-on.

    • Username & password + SAML

      This method will give the user the following options: Username & password, SSO or SAML.


    • Users that are invited using the SAML method cannot be reverted to username and password.

    • A Brand account admin will not be able to sign on with SSO, but any member invited to join the brand account can.

  6. [Toggle on] to control access to the product(s), then use drop-down menus to select a role (and associated permissions) for them. Select View Details to see all the permissions that will be given to the chosen role.

    • Want to invite a user to an Advocate program?  [Toggle on] Advocate and specify the Program(s) and advocate-specific Role.

    • For all other non-Advocate program types, find more information on predefined User Roles and Permissions below:

      Predefined User Roles

      Account Administrator

      Admins have full access to every aspect of, and manage the account settings.


      Analysts have general view access to most reports and can review contracts. Best for users who mainly need to review and export reports from


      The finance role can view financial reports, manage the account's digital wallets and funding, as well as review contracts and template terms. Best for users who mainly need to add funds and export financial documents from

      Implementation Specialist

      This role is primarily for developers and technical users managing the integration (tracking, code, etc.) with their website and tech stack.

      Performance Marketing Manager / Affiliate Manager

      This role is primarily for performance marketing (and affiliate) managers using on a day-to-day basis that need full access to reports, contracts, and partner features in the platform.


      This role is for customizing the user access level on a granular, permission-by-permission basis.

  7. Select Submit to send the invitation to the invitee.
