If you don’t see an asset that you want, you can request one directly from the brand you’re working with.
On the Assets page, select Request in the top-right corner of the screen.
Choose the content type from the drop-down menu.
Depending on the content type, you’ll need to fill out all the info on the Request a new [Content Type]page, including the brand, general info about your request, and comments to the brand.
The type of information you'll need to provide will depend on the type of content you request. Learn more about requesting content from brands.
Select Submit to submit your request. The brand will be notified of your request and can respond to you directly in impact.com.
