The Segments screen displays all existing segments in your program. You can use these segments to organize your partners into condition-based lists (e.g., by contract stage, partner groups, template terms, and more). Each segment is dynamic, meaning the partner list will automatically update whenever the segment is applied.
From the left navigation bar, select
[Engage] → Partners → Automation → Segments.
Select Create Segment.
Enter a segment name that will be used as a title for the new segment.
Specify the Conditions by which impact.com should segment partners.
Performance conditions focus on partner activity within your program.
Partners conditions focus on who the partner is and their relationship with your brand.
Warning: If you intend to use this segment for a Newsletter, ensure the segment size aligns with the number of ad codes you plan to include to avoid delivery failure. See Create & Send Newsletters to Partners for specific size limitations based on ad code count.
Select Preview Segment Partners for a preliminary display of the segment. Once you're happy with the preview, select Save.
