Recruitment Agent best practices

  • Modify your workflow conditions — To cast a wider net or make any changes to the recruitment criteria, you can adjust your workflow conditions.

View your auto-approved partners

  1. From the left navigation, select [Engage] [Engage]PartnersApplications.

  2. Select the Processed tab.

  3. Select Processed By filter → Workflows.

Modify your workflow conditions

  1. From the left navigation menu, select [Engage] [Engage]PartnersAutomationWorkflows.

  2. Hover over the Workflow you want to modify, then select Edit.

  3. Navigate to the Conditions section to add or remove approval conditions.

    • Select [Add] [Add] And to add a condition that must also be true for the action to take place.

    • Select [Add] [Add] Or to add an alternative condition that, if true, is sufficient for the action to take place.

    • Select [Exit] [Delete] next to the approval condition to remove an approval rule.
