From the left navigation, select

[Engage] → Partners → Applications.Select the Processed tab.
Select Processed By filter → Workflows.
If you want to remove a partner, you can expire their contract.
From the left navigation menu, select
[Engage] → Partners → Automation → Workflows.Hover over the Workflow you want to modify, then select Edit.
Navigate to the Conditions section to add or remove approval conditions.
