Review click-active partners: You can easily view partners who are ready to promote your brand and remove them if you feel they aren’t a good fit.
Modify your recruitment criteria: You can easily modify or disable the recruitment rules.
From the left navigation, select
[Engage] → Partners → Applications.
Select the Processed tab.
Select Processed By filter → Workflows.
If you want to remove a partner, you can expire their contract.
From the left navigation menu, select
[Engage] → Partners → Automation → Workflows.
Hover over the Workflow you want to modify, then select Edit.
Navigate to the Conditions section to add or remove approval conditions.
Select
[Add] And to add a condition that must also be true for the action to take place.
Select
[Add] Or to add an alternative condition that, if true, is sufficient for the action to take place.
Select
[Delete] next to the approval condition to remove an approval rule.
