Partner Productivity Report for Brands

This report shows the productivity status and metrics for partners joined to your program during or prior to the selected date range.

Manage the report

  1. From the left navigation bar, select [Engage] [Engage]Reports → More Reports.

  2. Scroll through the list to find and select the Partner Productivity report.

    • Alternatively, search Partner Productivity in the search bar just below the More Reports screen title. Be sure to search in the same language your UI is set to.

  3. Below the report title, you can filter for the data you want to view. Select [Search] [Search] when you have the filters in place that you want.

    • View the Filter reference table below for more information.

    • You can use the icons at the top-right of the page to [Pin] pin, [Email] \ [Schedule] schedule, or [Download] download (in PDF, Excel, or CSV format).

Note: If a partner was already driving traffic to your program before they joined, their first click date and first action date will be before the partner join date.

Filter reference

Filter

Description

Date range

Filter data by when it was created.

Productivity

Filter by productivity status:

  • Active

    The partner recorded clicks but no actions within the selected date range.

  • Productive

    The partner recorded actions within the selected date range.

  • Dormant

    The partner does not have any clicks or actions within the selected date range.

Group

The partner group that the partner belongs to. Groups can be assigned under Partners → Groups. To learn more about groups visit Manage Partner Groups.

Show

Add data from a large selection of choices. These data points will get added to the table report under the graph after you select [Search] [Search].

Filter

Description

Total Cost

The total cost associated with a partner.

Latest Click Date

The date the latest click was driven by a partner.

Join Date to First Click Days

The number of days between a partner joining and driving their first click.

Join Date to First Action Days

The number of days between a partner joining and driving their first action.

eCPC

Effective Cost per Click is the average cost per click when another pricing model, like CPM, is converted into a CPC value. You can use this to see how your spend compares to a CPC target. eCPC is calculated as total spend / total clicks (e.g., clicks recorded from that media spend).

Latest Action Date

The date of the latest action.

Revenue

The total revenue generated by partner.

Action Cost

The total cost associated with driving the conversion.

Conversion Rate

The number of actions divided by the total number of clicks driven by a partner.

Actions

The number of conversions generated by a partner, categorized by

  • Install

  • Online Sale

  • Event name

Revenue

The total revenue a partner generated, categorized by

  • Install

  • Online Sale

  • Event name

Action Cost

The total cost associated with driving conversions, categorized by

  • Install

  • Online Sale

  • Event name

Conversion Rate

The number of actions driven by a a partner divided by the total number of clicks, categorized by

  • Install

  • Online Sale

  • Event name

Report data column reference

Column

Description

Partner Name

The name of the partner to which the productivity data relates.

Partner ID

The unique identifier of the partner on which the data is based.

Activity

The current status of the partner. There are three status types:

  • Active

    The partner recorded an action within the last 60 days

  • Productive

    The partner has recorded an action in the past

  • Dormant

    The partner has never recorded an action.

Clicks

The number of clicks that the partner has performed over the selected date range.

Actions

The total number of conversions (sales, app installs, etc.) tracked. This number excludes any reversed conversions.

First Click Date

The date the first click was driven by a partner since joining the brand.

Latest Click Date

The date the latest click was driven by a partner.

First Action Date

The date the first action was driven by a partner since joining the brand.

Latest Action Date

The date the latest action was driven by a partner.

The number of days between a partner joining and driving their first click.
