# Create & Manage Partner Groups

Use *Partner Groups* to help organize your partners into labeled groups. When partners are in a group, you can offer them unique ad content and template terms (contracts) that aren't available to your other partners. You can also send targeted communication to partner groups.

**Note:** Partner Groups are only visible in your impact.com brand account — partners can't see groups (names, other members, etc.) at all.

#### Create a group

You'll need to first create a partner group before you can add partners.

1. From the left navigation menu, select ![](/files/CDnwOBeIdds9r3Z6zTnO) **\[Engage]** → **Partners → Groups**.
2. In the upper-right corner, select **Create Group**.
3. Enter **a name** for the partner group in the text box.
4. Select **Submit**.

#### Manage partner groups

Manage your existing partner groups by performing the following actions below:

1. From the left navigation menu, select ![](/files/CDnwOBeIdds9r3Z6zTnO) **\[Engage]** → **Partners → Groups**.
2. Hover over each partner group to perform various actions and select ![](/files/mQTDSmR70Q3Eybmgev6e) **\[More]**.

   | Action              | Description                                                                                           |
   | ------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
   | Edit                | Make adjustments to the name of an existing partner group and select **Save** to confirm your change. |
   | Delete              | Read the pop-up notification and select **Delete** to confirm the action.                             |
   | Download Email List | Download the email list of partners in the partner group.                                             |
