Partner Productivity Report for Brands

The Partner Productivity report gives you a per-partner view of engagement activity across your program. Use it to identify dormant partners, compare join-to-first-action timelines, and track clicks, actions, and revenue at the partner level. The report is filterable by date range, partner state, productivity tier, and group, and supports additional optional columns for deeper analysis.

Manage the report

  1. From the left navigation bar, select [Engage]Reports → More Reports.

  2. Scroll through the list to find and select the Partner Productivity report.

    • Alternatively, search Partner Productivity in the search bar just below the More Reports screen title. Be sure to search in the same language your UI is set to.

  3. Below Partner Productivity, you can filter for the data you want to view. Select Apply when you have the filters in place that you want.

    • You can use the icons at the top-right of the page to pin, schedule, or download (in PDF, Excel, or CSV format).

Description

Partner State

Include or exclude partners based on their relationship status with your brand.

  • Contracted with Clicks: Partners who have an active or historical contract with your brand and have generated clicks on your campaign links.

  • Contracted without Clicks: Partners who have an active or historical contract with your brand but have not generated any clicks in the selected date range.

  • Non-Contracted with Clicks: Partners organically sharing your links and driving clicks without a formal contract. These partners discovered your links independently and are promoting them outside of your program.

  • Non-Contracted without Clicks: The partner has no relationship record and no recorded clicks. This state identifies organic sources that appeared in reporting for the period but did not generate clicks.

Productivity

Filter by productivity status:

  • Active: The partner recorded clicks but no actions within the selected date range.

  • Productive: The partner recorded actions within the selected date range.

  • Dormant: The partner does not have any clicks or actions within the selected date range.

Group

The partner group that the partner belongs to. Groups can be assigned under Partners → Groups. To learn more about groups visit Manage Partner Groups.

Show

Use the Show filter to add any of the following columns to the report. After selecting columns, click Apply.

  • Total Cost: The total cost attributed to the partner, including all action costs, within the selected date range.

  • Partner State: The current contract state of the partner, e.g. Contracted without Clicks.

  • Latest Click Date: The most recent date the partner generated a tracked click.

  • Join Date to First Click Days: The number of days between the partner's join date and their first tracked click.

  • Join Date to First Action Days: The number of days between the partner's join date and their first tracked action.

  • Impressions: Total ad impressions tracked for the partner within the selected date range.

  • eCPC: Effective cost per click. Calculated as total cost divided by total clicks.

  • Latest Action Date: The most recent date the partner drove a tracked action.

  • Non-Contracted Clicks: Organic clicks generated by the partner that are not associated with an active contract.

  • Revenue: Total revenue attributed to the partner within the selected date range.

  • Action Cost: Total payout cost for all actions attributed to the partner within the selected date range.

  • Conversion Rate: The percentage of clicks that resulted in a tracked action. Calculated as actions divided by clicks.

  • Actions — [action type]: Total actions broken down by individual action type (e.g. Install, Online Sale). A separate column appears for each action type configured in your program.

  • Revenue — [action type]: Revenue broken down by individual action type. A separate column appears for each action type configured in your program.

  • Action Cost — [action type]: Payout cost broken down by individual action type. A separate column appears for each action type configured in your program.

  • Conversion Rate — [action type]: Conversion rate broken down by individual action type. A separate column appears for each action type configured in your program.

Partner Name

The name of the partner to which the productivity data relates.

Partner ID

The unique identifier of the partner on which the data is based.

Activity

The current status of the partner. There are three status types:

Active

The partner recorded clicks but no actions within the selected date range.

Productive

The partner recorded actions within the selected date range.

Dormant

The partner has no clicks or actions within the selected date range.

Clicks

The number of clicks that the partner has performed over the selected date range.

Actions

The total number of conversions (sales, app installs, etc.) tracked. This number excludes any reversed conversions.

First Click Date

The date the first click was driven by a partner since joining the brand.

Latest Click Date

The date the latest click was driven by a partner.

First Action Date

The date the first action was driven by a partner since joining the brand.

Latest Action Date

The date the latest action was driven by a partner.

Join Date to First Click Days

The number of days between a partner joining and driving their first click.

Join Date to First Action Days

The number of days between a partner joining and driving their first action.
