Why Has My Account Been Suspended? automatically suspends Brand accounts that are more than 60 days overdue on either Partner or fee payments.

What does this mean for my account?

How can I regain access to my account?

  1. Make a deposit to your account that is sufficient to cover the full overdue balance.

  2. As soon as the payment has been applied to your digital wallet, access to the platform will be automatically restored.

What will happen if I don’t pay the overdue balance?

  • Further payment delays may result in your account being referred to collections.

  • Your account will be at risk of deactivation.
