  1. From the top navigation menu, select Content → Assets.

  2. Search for the email asset.

    • You can use the filters at the top of the page to assist your search. For example, set the Assets filter to Email to search only for email assets.

  3. Once you select the asset you want to get code for, a pop-up modal will appear on the right. The details of the email asset will appear in the modal. This includes any deals related to the asset as well as Approved Subject Lines and Approved "From" Address Names.

  4. Select Get Ad Code.

  5. From the Get Ad Code screen, you can also choose to set any Sub IDs or a Shared ID.

    • Some brands will require you to set the asset's Shared ID to a specific value before you use the asset.

  7. Near the bottom of the Get Ad Code screen, select if you want to serve the asset's HTML File, Tracking Link, or IFrame.

    • Not all of these options may be available depending on the brand.

  8. Near the bottom of the Get Ad Code screen, select Copy Code.

  9. Make sure your subject line, and "From" address name are the same as those that have been approved. Place the code, download link (if required), and unsubscribe link into your email or emailing automation tool and send the email out.
