Create a web monitoring policy
From the left navigation bar, select [Protect] → Monitoring → Policies.
In the upper-right corner, select Create Policy.
Select Web Monitoring, then select 1 scenario to guide the policy:

Select Get Started.
Complete the following sections:
Enter the keywords, brand mentions, product names, or hashtags associated with your brand that you want to monitor.
To find and monitor partner content that contains your tracking links, select [Check box] Use tracking links.
Select whether you want to monitor all partners or only specific partner groups.
Select Next.
