When you sign with impact.com, the contract stipulates an amount due for using impact.com's Partnership Cloud to drive value for your clients. These fees are assessed each month according to the terms stipulated in your contract—which is usually 15 or 30 days after they are calculated.
impact.com fees are deducted directly from the digital wallet of your account when due, and take priority over all other payments. Keep in mind your billing schedule for impact.com fees when considering your funding strategy to always ensure that your impact.com fees are covered.
Depending on your financial relationship with the brand(s) you are managing, you may not need to concern yourself at all with the brand's financial situation. However, you will still have impact.com Fees every billing cycle.
