Chained Action Reports

There are 3 reports that specifically utilize Chained Action data: the Advanced Action Listing, Campaign Funnel, and the Chained Action Listing.

Advanced Action Listing

The Advanced Action Listing can be useful if you want to view a specific customer and all events associated to them. To do so, you’ll make use of the Customer ID filter.

You can find the report and conversion data of the customer by following these steps:

  1. From the left navigation bar, select Reports → More Reports.

  2. In the Name search bar at the top, enter “Advanced Action Listing” and select [Search].

  3. From the search results, in the Name field, select Advanced Action Listing to view the report.

  4. Select the Customer Id filter and enter the Id of the customer for which you would like to view conversion data.

Campaign Funnel

The Campaign Funnel report shows you the number of conversations for each funnel level, aggregated by click referral date. This report does not separate reversed actions from playable actions.

You can schedule, save, or retrieve (via API) any reports you create here by using the buttons in the top-right corner of the screen.

  1. From the left navigation bar, select [Search], then enter "Campaign Funnel Report".

  2. Under Screens, select Campaign Funnel Report - Conversion Listing.

  3. Under Campaign Funnel Report - Conversion, set your filters.

  4. Under the filters, view the report.

Chained Action Listing

The Chained Action Listing report shows a listing of chained actions for a given set of parent-child chained actions.

You can schedule, save, or retrieve (via API) any reports you create here by using the buttons in the top-right corner of the screen.

  1. From the left navigation bar, select Reports → More Reports.

  2. Under All Reports, enter "Chained Action Listing."
