Your contract with a partnered brand can change depending on the terms of that contract. In some cases, depending on the terms of your contract, you'll have the ability to reject contract changes or accept the upcoming changes immediately.
There are 4 main causes for upcoming changes:
Your contract is expiring.
The brand modified your contract.
The action/budget cap will be activated soon.
The brand has created limited-duration scheduled terms.
The following steps will guide you to view any upcoming contract changes.
Navigate to the To Do List widget on your dashboard.
Identify the upcoming contract changes to-do item, then select View Contract Changes.
On the Upcoming Contract Changes screen, hover over the brand’s row for which you want to view the contract changes, then select
[More] → View New Terms.
Depending on your agreement with your partnered brand, you might be required to accept upcoming contract changes immediately. The following steps will guide you to view and accept any upcoming contract changes.
Navigate to the To Do List widget on your dashboard.
Identify the upcoming contract changes to-do item, then select View Contract Changes.
On the Upcoming Contract Changes screen, hover over the brand’s row for which you want to accept the contract changes, then select
[More] → Accept New Terms Now.
Review the contract changes if needed.
Scroll down and select Accept.
Optionally, you can leave a comment.
Read the warning message, then select I understand, continue.
Scheduled terms allow brands to set limited-duration changes to your template terms and are generally used to increase your payout for a specific promotional period.
Whenever a partnered brand creates or updates scheduled terms, you'll receive a notification via email. You'll then receive reminder emails 3 days and 1 day before the scheduled terms are set to begin. You'll never need to accept or reject the scheduled terms, but you can view upcoming changes by following these steps:
From the top navigation bar, select Discover → My Brands.
Select the brand for which you want to view upcoming changes.
From the brand slideout, select
[More] → View And Manage Contract.
Differentiate between imminent contract changes and imminent scheduled terms by the scheduled terms' name in bold letters and the end date.
Select the hyperlinked text to View the exact changes.
