If you believe you were not properly credited for an action, you can create an Action Inquiry. You can provide the missing order details to the advertiser for review.
Brands can approve or decline the action inquiries that you submit. The status column on the Inquiries screen will display the resolution status for the transaction.
Only cashback/loyalty partners can access this feature and submit action inquiries. If you're a cashback/loyalty partner that can't see this feature, contact support.
From the top navigation bar, select your wallet amount.
In the dropdown, select Action Inquiries.
The Inquiries screen shows any open action inquiries, while the Closed Inquiries tab will show past inquiries that have been closed.
You can create action inquiries in bulk by uploading an Excel or CSV file, or you can create them in the UI individually.
You may see inquiries with the message, “Declined - This transaction has been tracked successfully." This means that the action was tracked successfully but was credited to another partner—select Close to close this inquiry.
