If you need to reach out to a brand that you are working with to inquire about something, you can find their contact information on either the My Brands screen or the Advertiser Contact List report.
You can find a particular brand's contact information by viewing the My Brands screen.
In the left navigation bar, select
[Search].Search for "My Brands" and select My Brands under the Screens column.
Select the brand you want to contact.
Next to the brand's name, hover over
[Contact]. From here, you can view that brand's contact information as well as send an email via the impact.com web app.
You can also view all your partnered brands' contact information at the same time by viewing the Advertiser Contact List report.
In the left navigation bar, select
[Search].Search for "Advertiser Contact List" and select Advertiser Contact List under the Screens column.
Move to the right end of the table to view the contact information for all brand associates.
