Review Partner Applications

The Applications screen is where you can interact with joined partners that have proposed new custom contract terms or prospective new partners that have applied to your program. You can see the applicants’ media properties and audience insights, assign them to partner groups, contact them, accept and decline applications, and more.

View Applications

This feature is only accessible to specific impact.com editions or add-ons. Contact us to upgrade your account and get access!
  1. From the left navigation bar, select Partners → Applications.

  2. You can view either New or Processed partner applications using the toggle near the top of the Applications screen.

    • Applications on the New screen will be sorted to display joined partners who proposed new custom contract terms first and thereafter any prospective partners.

See the New screen filter reference section below for more information on the available filters.

    • Applications that you’ve processed will appear on the Processed screen.

See the Processed screen filter reference section below for more information on the available filters

Sort partner applications

When reviewing partner applications, you can filter and sort the applications. See the Sort options reference below for more information on the filter and sort options at your disposal.

Each time you select a column header or add or remove a new filter, the order of the applications will reverse (E.g., from descending to ascending). If you want to change the sort order (e.g., to a descending order) but not the sort option (e.g., Relevance), select that column’s header.

Application sort option reference

Sort Option

Description

Relevance

The default option. Sort applications by joined partners with new custom term proposals. Also sort partner applications by how likely the partner is to drive high-quality results for your program. This recommendation is constructed similarly to how impact.com recommends partners to you in Discover.

Partner Name

Sort applications alphabetically by their names.

Applied On

Sort applications by when they applied to your program.

Messages

Sort applications by how many messages have been exchanged between the potential partner and representatives of your program.

Contract Term

Sort applications alphabetically by the template terms they applied to. Partners in the Brands Marketplace can only apply to your Public Terms, so this may not change the sort order for all applications.

Partner Country

Sort applications alphabetically by the partner's country of origin. Select [Viewer Icon] → Partner Country [Checked box] to enable it. In the filter bar, select Partner Country to choose which countries to include. Applied filters in the report will also be visible in the downloaded CSV files.

Time on Impact

Sort applications by how long the partner has had an impact.com account.

Partner Size

Sort applications by how big the partner is. Any partners that provide a valid media property will have one. This ranking is created by an impact.com algorithm that looks at several internal and external factors to rank partners by size (extra small to extra large) so that you can review which partners have the highest potential. Have a look at the Partner Size Rating Criteria article for further insight.

Sort by column headers

You can also sort by any of the table's column headers by selecting that header. For example, you can sort by application date by selecting Applied On either within the drop-down menu or selecting the Applied On column header.

Note

The Run Workflow button allows you to process applications periodically to help reduce your application backlog. The button will appear greyed out if a workflow is busy processing. This may take some time if you need to process a lot of applications.
