Once your partner account has been set up to be paid out in a certain currency, you can't change that currency in the settings. You'll need to create a new partner account with the currency you want, then either migrate your existing contracts or reapply to your brand programs.
In these steps, we'll refer to your pre-existing partner account as your legacy account, and the account you're creating as your new account.
Reach out to your brands to inform them of your intention to create a new partner account and to confirm their co-operation.
Create and set up a new partner account with your desired payout currency.
On your new account, join your desired programs.
You can do this by reapplying to the programs or by arranging to migrate your contract.
On your legacy account, follow the steps to expire all your contracts, and confirm that all funds have been withdrawn.
Alternatively, to avoid having to withdraw your balance, you may qualify to have your balance transferred from the legacy account to your new account. impact.com will do this only in the following cases:
impact.com doesn't support the legacy account's chosen currency
Your country of origin doesn't support the legacy account's currency
impact.com made an error with your legacy account currency
Once you've confirmed complete contract expiration and balance withdrawal (or transfer) from your legacy account, submit a support ticket requesting the deactivation of your legacy account.
